Welcome to the website of River City Racing. RCR is an amateur bicycle racing team based out of Owensboro, KY with riders hailing all over Western KY & Southern IN. The team is a member of USA Cycling and participates in events within the Kentuckiana Series and Throughout TN. Team members participate in USA Cycling sanctioned road, cyclecross, and mountain bike events as well as various triathlon races through out the Kentucky, Indiana, & Tennessee region. The team roster is comprised of 27 enthusiastic members of various backgrounds, ages, and abilities.

As Owensboro Kentucky's newest cycling team, formed in October of 2009, our riders are made up mostly of strong seasoned club riders eager to be a part of a team. We are thrilled to have been able to generate excitement within the community and with our sponsors who have partnered with us. RCR is all about racing...we love cycling and live for competing. We are also all about safety and want to continue to live for this sport. Thats why in 2011 we have teamed up with RoadID. We not only want our riders to be safe on the road but we want all of you to be safe on the road as well. The RoadID is as important for our team as our helmets and we don't saddle up without it.
